Medium Voltage Switchgear

Medium Voltage Metal-clad Switchgear (KYN28 / KYN61)
Indoor metal-clad withdrawable switchgear for primary distribution — the KYN28 mid-mounted withdrawable-truck design in 12 kV (up to 4000 A), plus the 40.5 kV floor-rolling KYN61 for 35 kV main substations. Four / five-compartment metal segregation with five-prevention interlocks.
Ring Main Units (RMU)
12 kV ring main units for indoor ring-main and terminal distribution, offered in three SF6-free / sealed insulation routes — eco-gas SF6-free (HLXGN), SF₆ fully-sealed C-GIS (HLC) and solid-insulated SF6-free (SLG). Three-position main switch, modular functional units, and optional smart integrated (一二次融合) versions with built-in DTU.

Prefabricated box substations integrating HV switchgear, transformer and LV distribution into one package — European separate-compartment (YBW-12), American pad-mounted combined transformer (ZGS13) and Chinese compact 40.5 kV (YBO-40.5). Plug-and-play, with footprint about 1/10–1/5 of a conventional masonry substation.
E-House Modular Prefabricated Substation (HLYZC-40.5)
A highly-integrated modular substation housing MV/LV switchgear, power transformer, protection & control, AC/DC auxiliary power, HVAC and fire systems in a prefabricated metal enclosure. Integrated and fully tested in the factory, it is plug-and-play on site — a build cycle of ~3 months versus ~1 year for a conventional substation.

Cast-resin Dry-type Transformer (SCB13)
Class-H epoxy-resin cast dry-type transformer with foil LV windings and multi-layer wire HV windings vacuum-cast into a high-strength fibreglass body — flame-retardant, oil-free and maintenance-free, installable directly at the load centre. For malls, hospitals, offices, metro and data centres.
